Biography
Jeffrey Nicholls completed his first real estate transaction 17 years ago with the purchase of his first house on the Peninsula for $282,000. He moved up, no pun intended, to representing developers in a land purchase of more than $72,000,000.
Jeff has brokered sales of residential, retail, office, and industrial real estate and land; and has negotiated residential, commercial, and land leases representing both tenants and property owners.
Jeff’s family has been owners and developers of real estate for centuries, and entered the real estate market in California as soon as the state was founded. The knowledge and insight accumulated from such wide variety of real estate ventures have provided Jeff with an education with clients and friends. Development and investment including hotels; resorts; golf courses; county clubs; spas; single and multi-family residential properties; office buildings; shopping centers; banks; factories; and warehouses. Operations involving real estate include mining gold, silver & borax; agriculture and forestry, mineral rights, transportation right of ways, and creating a train and ferry system that connected much of the East Bay with San Francisco by the turn of the 19th century.
